Procedure for Making Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement

Apple Inc. is registered with the United States Copyright Office as an online service provider (refer to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC 512, or the “DMCA”).

Apple Distribution International Limited also provides iCloud in the European Union. iCloud storage is subject to the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) (the “DSA”).

If you believe that a third party is using iCloud in a manner which infringes your intellectual property, please report the information to Apple’s Copyright Agent by filling out a complaint web form.

Procedure for Making Claims of Other Illegal Content

Please note the complaint web form is only for claims of infringement.  If, while using iCloud, you encounter other illegal content or content that is a violation of the iCloud Terms of Service, you may report it by sending an email to [email protected] or, if you are in the EU, you can report illegal content at the DSA Notice and Action Portal.
